shop gives you the advantage of off-site assembly,
higher quality control, and on time delivery. NEWJAC
can eliminate the problems associated with on-site storage when your
project has limited storage area.
Food grade Stainless Steel process piping is welded with the tungsten inert gas (TIG) process in fusion and socket weld.
The submerged arc welding process is used on piping 8” and larger where x-ray quality welding is expected.
Pictured is a Crude Oil High Pressure Exchanger Skid fabrication ready for delivery to South America.
Sanitary and Domestic water piping is prefabricated
off site and the latest Copper joining and tee pulling technologies
are utilized.
Our food grade Stainless Steel process piping utilizes
the latest in high frequency manual TIG welding and orbital fusion
welding. Pipe interiors are purged with an inert gas to eliminate
porosity, concavity, and impurities in the weld.
